The security deposit will only be utilized in the event of property damage or if additional cleaning is required beyond the standard post-stay cleaning. Assuming no damages or excessive cleaning are identified, the security deposit will be released and refunded within 3 days following your check-out date. You will be promptly notified in writing of any deductions made from the security deposit, along with a detailed explanation of the charges, if applicable. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the terms of this security deposit clause and authorize the property owner to initiate a hold on your credit card for the specified amount. ★ Lost and Found Items: ‣ A $50 storage fee will be charged on top of the shipping fee cost ‣ Items will be sent according to our schedule

‣ Please review our House Rules and accept ‣ This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires going up stairs. ‣To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, sign a guest agreement, pass through our third party verification portal to verify your identity and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. ‣We perform monthly hospitality cleanings for our guests' convenience and safety and to ensure our guests have everything needed for a great stay! ‣Additionally, the community common areas have 24/7 surveillance. ‣As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in your apartment, or on the balcony. Smoking will result in a $200 additional cleaning charge and possible eviction. Angela was very helpful when coordinating my stay and super flexible on my check in needs. Everything was as expected, the apartment was extremely clean and smelled like it was freshly cleaned. Anytime I needed anything she was quick to respond in a friendly manner. I felt right at home staying. It was also very easy to use the washer and dryer and so convenient to have an assigned parking spot. If you’re visiting San Diego for the first time this is a great spot to be to be close to the city, but enjoy a nice quiet neighborhood.
